After having a lot of experience with what is largely considered the best "smart drug" available, I've learned a few things I wish I knew when I first tried it. If you are planning to try the cognitive, memory and creativity enhancer (from prescription of course... :), this updated modafinil video should help you get over any beginner hurdles, and just have it work the way it should.

Although this is partly going over the same information in my last 'top nootropics' video, I have finally discovered a few others that are definitely worth talking about.  I'm confident one day, perhaps sooner than later, coffee won't be the only common thing most people take to help boost their productivity and focus.  With what's available today, there's no doubt nootropics, or stacks, can still provide a significant improvement to memory, creativity, motivation, and/or focus.

Adding another one to the list of the 'Truth About..' videos I seem to like to make,  the consistent nature of overblown and misinformation given online is always apparent. L-Tyrosine isn't necessarily that bad, but should be represented in a bit of a better light.  In the video I go over some of the basics, and how to get the mood boosting effects from an increased production of dopamine.

Semax is a well known, essential, and researched nootropic.... in other parts of the world. Despite being highly regarded on Russia's list of 'Vital & Essential Drugs', it is quite unknown to most of us and has yet to be approved or even evaluated by the FDA. Although it's relatively new, and there still could be more research done about it out west, Semax is a nice surprise to those who thought Modafil would always top the Nootropics list.

Due to the demand, I've been writing a lot about kratom lately. It really is a game changer. I have several years of experience with it now and it helped improve my life in more ways than one. If by chance you came to this site to learn more about this sexy Indonesian plant, I've put together this fairly organised list on all the posts/videos I've recently made. As always, don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions at all

The #1 Reason Why Diets Fail....You Quit. After having success losing almost 50 lbs in 3 months, I realized its not the programs/diets that fail, its the people.  You need to commit fully and work hard. Set losing weight as the highest priority while you pound off the pounds. If you fail to prepare... you prepare to fail.

Superfoods can be a little over-blown sometimes when talked about online. For the most part, they are like a reliable natural multi-vitamin that help to cover any deficiencies your body has. That being said, some of them like spirulina have great specific uses like to be an anti-inflammatory, to detoxify, to use as a complete protein source (great for vegetarians) or just as a boost to your immune system. I'm going over these two blue-algae cousins and what they're actually best for.

Let's face it, looking good is very important. Whether you're wanting help to meet new women, get treated better daily, or have more reason to be confident- investing into your appearance is always worth it. When you look good, you feel good. Even though improving your appearance can take awhile through putting the hours in at the gym, there's a lot quick updates you can do in the mean time which can make a big difference.

Having access to something that can greatly improve your mood, focus, productivity and focus can really be a big deal. Even if it were to only mean an extra hour of work done each day, being able to better enjoy work or just a nicer way to relax - it can add up. This is my top 5 list of not just nootropics, but also the best of plants and supplements.

If you plan to take kratom on a fairly regular basis, knowing how to rotate is imperative to maintaining potency. If you rotate properly, you can maintain the powerful euphoric and energizing effects of kratom. If you don't, kratom will create subtle or non-existent effects which will lead to needing larger and larger doses overtime.

If you don't know what a nootropic is, it's a substance which enhances cognitive function, memory, creativity, and facilitates learning. As a wakefulness promoting agent (used to treat narcolepsy) it gives you a sharp yet focused calm mind. You can think clearly with energy, without being overstimulated like jitters from caffeine.

Out of all the different uses for kratom, its ability to treat pain is why people need to know about this plant (and why it should stay legal).  What other painkiller has such a low potential for addiction/dependence, improves sex, is inexpensive, euphoric, energetic and more.  If I had never found kratom, I wouldn't be surprised if I ended up getting a prescription for pain meds.

My favorite and most frequent use for kratom is its ability to make me very productive. It's difficult to just create motivation out of thin air. I use to go in waves on and off in my life of getting a lot done, then become lazy and lethargic for several weeks, then back to productive. Thankfully with kratom, I'm motivated whenever I want to be. 5 to 8+ hours fully in the zone anytime I want.

Just as kratom helps to treat pain, it also reduces the uncomfortable strain you put on your body. This helps me push a bit farther to get an extra rep or two, or last an extra 5-10 minutes on the treadmill.  Although this isn't a massive improvement, it adds up in the long run. The best part is you still have the super positive mood. This effects mixed with the natural endorphins released from working out is an amazing feeling.

The most common use for kratom is for its strong sense of well-being. Sometimes, it can be easy to take a couple grams to feel super positive, relaxed, at ease and with a smile on your face. Other times, the effects may not be as strong due to the wrong: dosage, strain type, hydration, frequency of dose, etc.  After a bit of experience of properly dosing you'll be feeling fantastic any time you want.

Phenibut is a legal, easily accessible nutritional supplement which greatly reduces anxiety, helps puts you in control on dates, helps boost mood, sense of well-being, libido, how music sounds, and more. When used responsibly, it can be a very useful tool in your life. But if abused, there is potential for addiction and dependence.  Phenibut, along with kratom, are my two top recommendations.

Kratom can be a very useful tool in your life. One of the best parts is that, compared to other opioids, kratom is much safer.  If you burn sporadically or less than 5 times per week, you'll likely not experience any withdrawals at all.  If you do burn daily or several times per day, you'll be more likely to experience some.

In short, kratom is a safe, inexpensive and legal plant you can take to destroy anxiety, kill pain, create euphoria, improve productivity/motivation, and more. There’s tons of information about kratom.  Instead of covering it extensively like in my original GLL kratom guide, I’ll be creating a guide of more of the basics to teach you to get the full benefits, as well as a few things that weren't included.
