Different Effects of Kratom

Motivation / Euphoria / Energy / Socializing / ED / Gym / Relaxing / Painkiller

The best thing about kratom is that it can be used for so many different things. Some people are using the euphoric effects to uplift themselves after a bad breakup, others are using the motivational effects to get stuff done, and others are using the medicinal effects of kratom to ease chronic back pain.

While some effects from kratom are easy to get (like a positive mood), others are a bit tricky to get the most out of it (like treating ED). The the amount of the dose, the frequency of use, and the specific strain all greatly affect the effects.

Once you know how to fully take advantage of kratom for a specific use, it's pretty easy to replicate at any time. When done right, the difference could be an extra couple hours being productive, complete control of how long you last in bed,  getting an extra rep in at the gym, or maintaining a solid euphoric effect for hours on end.

Below is a list I created of the different uses for kratom. Along with each one is the correct dosage, strain speed, expected effects and more. This is based on my experience and how I've used kratom for different purposes. Productivity / Motivation

EFFECT

4-8 hours fully in the zone. Your mind is clear and you're completely motivated to stay focus and get shit done

DOSAGE

Medium to a large sized dose with an extra gram or two every 1-2 hours. Since you're not eating for several hours, make sure you have a large meal a few hours before you start

STRAIN TYPE

All strains can work, but I personally find moderate to be best for computer work.  If I need to get a lot of physical work done like cleaning the house, there's nothing better than a fast strain

NOTES

This is my favorite use for kratom. It's what allowed me to easily create this site which now more than pays for my kratom. It can be tricky to get down, but well worth it when mastered. If you are working and need an extra dose, slowly drinking a coffee along can help give a solid boost

Working Out

EFFECT

Greatly reduces the "pain & strain" of lifting or doing cardio. It also helps replace it with a positive mood. It helps push the limit to get that extra rep.

DOSAGE

Medium sized dose

STRAIN TYPE

Preference varies with everyone (you may have to experiment). Fast strains create more energy while slow types reduce more of the discomfort from lifting/running.

NOTES

Drinking plenty of water before and during a workout is a necessity when using kratom. Not drinking enough can actually make your workout worse from feeling a bit lightheaded.  The post-workout feeling of kratom + endorphines can be amazing.

For most people using (potent) kratom, a small dose is 2-3 grams,  a medium size dose is 4-5 grams, and large is 6-10+grams). This can still vary since some people are more or less sensitive to kratom than others.

Relaxing / Euphoria

EFFECT

Positive mood with a strong euphoria. Completely at ease and able to find enjoyment in anything you're doing. Great for turning a bad day around.

DOSAGE

The more you take, the stronger the euphoria will be. If you want it to last longer, take a medium sized dose with an extra 2 grams per hour.

STRAIN TYPE

Slow strains are generally the best as they're the most euphoric, but moderate strains can still do a great job.

NOTES

This same method could also be used after a breakup to cheer you up, after a long work day at night to unwind, or as just as a new alternative to alcohol. Take too much and you may become a bit drowsy (that's how some use kratom for sleep).

Better Sex / Treating ED

EFFECT

If you have trouble with cumming too early, kratom can help you last as long as you want. It slightly de-sensitizes you so you control when you orgasm

DOSAGE

1-2 grams 45 minutes before having sex. If you're extra sensitive to the effects of kratom, take half a gram.

STRAIN TYPE

All types work. Slow types desensitize more while fast strains help give you more energy under the sheets.

NOTES

Some like to take cialis along with a gram of kratom. This way you'll have 100% full boner along with controlling exactly when you want to finish (after her?). If you instead have ED of not being able to get hard (I had this for years)- look into phenibut. It works amazing for libido as well as a ton of other things.

Socializing / Anti- Anxiety

EFFECT

Takes out the anxiety and nervousness to help you meet new people.

DOSAGE

Medium to a large sized dose works well. It depends on what you're doing though.  If it's your first date ever, it cool if you want to take a bit extra to calm the nerves.

STRAIN TYPE

Slow or a medium type strain works best

NOTES

This same method could be used for meeting new people at a party, approaching, or at clubs. A bit of warning though, some people find loud music to be overwhelming with kratom. This wasn't the case with me but it may be a good to be aware of.

Other Uses

The different uses below are fairly straightforward.  The effects will be existent with almost any dose or strain.

- Lowers blood pressure

- Eliminates pain (slower types are more powerful)

- Antioxidant

- Helps with depression (not a cure, but can help you get back on your feet)

- Treats diarrhea

- Helps get to sleep (large dose of a slow strain)

- Positive mood


Preparing & Vendors

Hopefully this will give you a better idea of what strains are best for you and how to get the most out of them. There may be some trial and error in the beginning, but it can really make a large positive difference in the end. Although my primary use for kratom is for productivity, it functions well for so many other things in my life.
