Losing weight takes so much time. Even 10 weeks of proper eating won't result in more than 10lb lost for most.
That's why it's so important to get the ball rolling. I'm very glad my past self didn't hold off.
All you need for success is a rotation of staple foods and the tools provided.
It needs to be feasible in the long term for it to work. Knowing how to adopt this lifestyle change vs. a "diet" is huge. This is what the program prepares you for.
